Welcome to PinPath, operated by Common Table Lab Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PinPath mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using PinPath, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PinPath. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

PinPath is a travel discovery and planning platform that allows users to: - Save and organize locations ("Pins") from social media, links, or in-app discovery - Plan trips and itineraries - Collaborate with friends or invited travelers - Discover popular or recommended locations based on community activity Certain features may require in-app purchases, subscriptions, or token-based usage.

3. User Accounts

Some features require account creation. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PinPath for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: - Copy, modify, or distribute the Service - Reverse engineer or exploit the platform - Use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as pins, notes, or shared links). By submitting content, you grant Common Table Lab Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

PinPath may offer paid features via in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed through the App Store and subject to its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use PinPath to: - Violate any laws or regulations - Post or share misleading, infringing, or harmful content - Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users - Attempt to manipulate rankings, recommendations, or analytics

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PinPath is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of location data, availability of places, or travel outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Common Table Lab Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PinPath.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Common Table Lab Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
